Set a system date

Use the options to quickly select a date. Here are some useful tips.

When signing in to Xena, todays date is selected as the system date. Xena will work with this date.

Sometimes it is beneficial to pick another date as “todays” date. If you are invoicing and bookkeeping in certain period, you can set the system date in this period.

Click the settings icon in the header to pick a system date.

 

Tips for the date selector

You can grab the mouse to pick a date. To use the keyboard is quicker. Here are some examples of what to type to find a specific date:

“16” = 16th of the current month, this year.

“1602” = February 16, this year.

“160217” = February 16, 2017.

“d” = Today.
