Keywords for partners

Keywords are a simple way to search and categorize partners in Xena.

You can add one or more keywords to partners in Xena (go to Sales > Partner) to describe the partner. Keywords are searchable.

On the details view of a partner, open the keywords tab. Here you can add or remove keywords that describes the partner. This way you can group your partners. Write a keyword and klick “Add”. Every keyword is presented as a tag.

When searching for a partner, you could write “Peter bakery”. That will give you the partners with the keyword “bakery” and a contact name containing “Peter”.
