Copy articles

Use the copy function to create articles that are similar to each other.

An article can contain a lot of information, like different prices, lists, variants and other things. When you are going to create a new article, you can use the copy function to get going.

 

How to copy an article

  1. Go to Sales > Articles > Create article to create the first article or go to an existing article to copy it.
  2. Open the menu in the first box and click “Copy”.
  3. A dialog pops up asking for the article number for the new article. Click “Create” and you are done.
