This greatly speed up your bookkeeping and document handling. Save time on registering vouchers, saving reports and find documents.
You can even tie documents in the context they belong. E.g. add vouchers, contracts or offers to your partners. Always have relevant documentation at hand.
Get started with your Xena inbox
Your account in Xena also have a unique email address. To find it, go to Company > Users. Select a user. In the box "Settings" select the tab "Emplyee".
When you want to use documents from your inbox, simply click the "Upload file" button wherever you normally add file and documents to vouchers, partners and articles. You still have the old options to upload from your device, Xena or Dropdox.
We suggest you instruct your contacts to send vouchers directly to your personal Xena inbox. Then you don't have to forward them manually. If you want a more easy to remember email address, we advise you to create an email alias on your own server, e.g. accounting@example.com, and let this forward incoming mails to Xena.
New sign in procedure
To allow other applications to sign you in to Xena we have enabled OAuth. When clicking the sign in button you will be transferred to a common sign in page.
